A five day training on हाम्रो मौलिकताः हाम्रो अस्तित्व was organized and Mini Theatre Hall and Manan Kendra in which large number of students from Kanchenjunga State University, NBB Government College and Artiste’s of culture department took part with interest and enthusiasm. The training was given by Shri Naren Gurung on the Theme:
- रसिया गीत – दम्के (मकै गोड़ाइ) – उदाहरण सहित
- असारे गीत (धान रोपाइँ) – उदाहरण सहित
- घँसिया गीत – (घाँस-दाउरा गर्दा गाइने) – उदाहरण सहित
The Chief Guest of the opening ceremony – Shri B.K. Lama, Secretary, Culture Department. Closing ceremony – the Chief Guest Shri Pancha Bdr. Rai, of Pastenga (Upper Assamlingzay) and Sabhaadhyaksh Smt. Anita Niraula.
