TALK ON – HIMALAYAN FOOD CULTURE & GASTRONOMY

Sikkim Akademi organised a Talk on – ‘Himalayan Food Culture and Gastronomy:Ethnic Identity and Scientific Values’ at Hotel Denzong Regency, Gangtok. The Talk was given by Prof. (Dr) Jyoti Prakash Tamang, FNA, Senior Professor and ICIMOD Mountain Chair,Sikkim Central University, Gangtok.

Chief Guest – Shri S. Lama, Former Secretary, Agriculture Department and other guests in stage: Dr. Gopal Pradhan, Shri D.T. Lepcha (President, Dr. Shova Kanti Thegim Memorial Trust) and officers of Culture Department was also present.
