An Art Gallery was formally inaugurated on 01.07.2022 in the premises of Sikkim Akademi. It was organised by Oviya Art Circle, Gangtok in collaboration with Sikkim Akademi. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Shri Jacob Khaling , Political Secretary to the HCM.
